Information Security Policy — Full Text

SOL inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) regards the appropriate protection and management of information assets — such as member information and business-related information obtained through the operation of its combat-sports gym “Seikukai” — as one of its key management priorities.

The Company hereby establishes the following information security policy, ensures it is thoroughly communicated to all employees and related parties, and declares its commitment to continuous improvement.

1. Protection of Information Assets

The Company takes the necessary security measures to appropriately protect information assets — such as member information, reservation and training history, and contact details — from risks including leakage, falsification, loss, destruction and unauthorized access.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Basic Act on Cybersecurity and other relevant laws and guidelines, and manages information appropriately.

3. Education and Awareness

The Company conducts education, training and awareness activities for its officers, instructors and staff to help them understand the importance of information security, and strives to maintain an appropriate information-management framework.

4. Response to Accidents and Incidents

Should an information security problem arise, the Company responds promptly and takes measures to minimize impact, investigate the cause and prevent recurrence.

5. Continuous Improvement

The Company periodically evaluates and reviews the effectiveness of its information security measures and continuously improves its framework and measures in response to changes in the social and technical environment.
