BUDDY

He joined Seikukai as a youth member and debuted as a professional kickboxer.
He gained ring experience competing in events such as DEEP☆KICK.
He then moved to professional boxing and further honed his skills.
In 2025 he returned to professional kickboxing at Shooto.
He now draws on his extensive experience as a personal trainer at Seikukai.
He tailors his coaching to each person, from beginners to those who want to get seriously strong.

Can I really come as often as I like?

Yes — for ¥32,000/month you can come with no limit on the number of sessions. Since it’s by reservation, please book before your preferred slots fill up.

Is it OK for beginners or those with no exercise experience?

Of course. We progress comfortably according to each person’s fitness and goals, and coach carefully even those with zero experience or who aren’t athletic.

What does the training involve?

A combination of strength training, cardio, mitt work and stretching. We create an individual menu for your goal (dieting, staying healthy, tackling a lack of exercise, etc.).

How often should I come to see results?

Two to three times a week is ideal. It varies by person, but many feel changes in weight, shape and fitness within a month.

How do I sign up for a trial?

You can book easily via LINE. There’s no pushy sales at all. Please feel free to join us first.
